I looked at your most recent case 17788152001 and it seems like you closed the case 20 days ago. What we have been seeing so far is when a seller closes a case linked to a Brand Registry application, it puts the application in pending mode. (Which is what you are experiencing)

I will submit a request to the Brand Registry team to manually decline your case so that you are able to reapply again.

Usually it takes up to 3 business days for the Brand Registry team to resolve these cases. I will let you know once I have some updates.
