Listings inactive and saying I need to request approval but they aren't accepting applications
I have sold my ASIN for years, and was the original brand to create this listing. Now the listings is inactive and saying I need to request approval.
When I try to request approval, it says they are not accepting applications to sell.
I understand amazon has put new restrictions on products, but I cant wait around for the application to open up because in the meantime I am loosing money from sales. I have contacted amazon about this issue but they just keep saying I need to wait to see if the application opens up to request approval. Please help!

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done. HAQM will not announce if/when it' become available again for sale.

Nobody can help you, we are just other sellers. these are decisions taken on a higher amazon level. Each of us can just be happy that OUR product will not be restricted tomorrow, without warning, out of the blue.
Now we have seen that happen for supplements since some weeks and newly for pet supplies. Who knows what will follow....

@Seller_6g2qjjln4U9RX this is very unusual given that the category is greeting cards. It's good that you have a Case ID number. It's taking the Community Mods about a week to respond to posts. Mention that you are Brand Registered and are the brand owner, provide your Case ID and hopefully they will investigate.

Many more questions than answers today!
First, are you in Brand Registry or did you just create an ASIN using a 'brand'?
Is it your brand and is it filed with the USPTO?
Did you get an exemption or do you have UPC numbers?
Are those UPC numbers (if you have them) from GS1 or are they aftermarket?
If they are aftermarket HAQM is very slowly booting those items form the site by doing a seller/GS1 'match'.
