Large Custom Orders Keep Being refunded With No Picture, Justifications, or Items Returned
Hey All,
I have had a string of large orders being refunded immediately on delivery. I never get pictures, a real reason, or even a return. The items are not set to even be returnable, yet refunds are given right away. I am not sure if it is some sort of Tik-Tok trend, but they all seem to follow the same play book. I file Safe-T Claims by they are denied with generic responses. Is there any way to protect against this? The latest was for 20 custom made items. Any guidance or help means a lot.

Any help? It has been a month. No pictures. No returns. No explnations. Just generic denials? I am starting to feel that I was scammed here. And more of these orders are coming through and they feel like a guided scam that we are hopeless to stop.

I'm sorry to hear this, sounds terrible.
If you feel the buyer/customer is trying to abuse HAQMs policy the first step would be to flag the buyer using the Report Abuse tool.
However since you mention this is a trend. How many orders have you received were the buyer/customer files for a return due to 'Merchandise Not As Described' after receiving their order ?
