HAQM is in violation of its own branding policies
Second time addressing this issue
HAQM is using another company's brand (Rideconcepts) on my products/brand (Decorative concepts) and now after I reported the issue, HAQM has given me a listing violation warning. After opening a listing violation case as, directed by the forum moderators, I received listing violation warning; not to mention HAQM has done nothing to address the original issue.
As directed in by HAQM following the steps in this article PROCESS UPDATE - Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes I opened Complaint ID: 17617002351 and the only thing you did is sent me a violation warning. HAQM you are the one causing the issue not me!!!
I originally opened support case 17571661231 where someone name Luis informed me the issue is being caused by the following:
We concluded that we, at the Catalog Captive team, should delete any left over contribution on your ASINs coming from RIDECONCEPTS, you should wait 24 hours and then try again to list the products on your inventory.
This is a problem that HAQM has allowed to happen and its all on HAQM catalog team
I have close to 400 ASIN's impacted. Here's just a few: B0BWX17N9R, B08KVMF4SM, B0DJK4BF3F
I need someone from HAQM to actually resolve this issue that HAQM created as my listings are search suppressed!

I am asking for IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE!!! HAQM has now made over 1000 of my listings inactive stating that I need brand approval from a company that is not affiliated with my brand nor business.
In doing this you have put me out of business. I am absolutely beside myself that HAQM has done this to my business.
Can someone PLEASE HELP and not just send me canned responses.

Hi there @Seller_n0kwqd5ZTP11F
I'd be more than happy to assist here. I've gone through your cases and will need some further help from you to fully understand what's going on.
I notice that in case 17571661231, there's mention of error code which 8541 which deals with the listing of products and above you mention this is an issue for existing ASINs. Is it both or one or the another?
I checked the three listings you put above and those have no ties to a brand other than your own brand so I'm just a bit confused as to what's happening here. I do also see that you received a policy violations for the other "RIDECONCEPTS" under one parent ASIN but the child ASINs are still active and searchable.
I have found something in the backend that may have tied your brand to this other one incorrectly and am currently investigating that one deeper but please answer my question above in the meantime.

Same here I reported the listings as described in the other thread and I also got a violation on my account for trying to fix my own branded listing. It was removed today after I appealed it twice explaining that my brand had been changed on my listings, and by the way HAQM is not doing this to your listings it is other brand owners who hijack our listings so you contacting the other brand owner to let them know that HAQM is using their brand makes no sense because they know darn well their brand is on your listing. It was done maliciously by the other brand owner not HAQM although HAQM is responsible for letting these things happen.

Hi Redeye_Laser,
Wow, that is absolutely infuriating and honestly, sounds like a complete bureaucratic nightmare! Reading about how you identified an issue caused by HAQM's catalog, got acknowledgement from support (Case 17571661231, Luis's comment), followed the exact process recommended for reporting incorrect brand names (Complaint ID 17617002351), only to get slapped with a listing violation warning... that's just unbelievable. You literally couldn't make this stuff up sometimes.
It’s incredibly frustrating when the system not only fails to fix its own error but then penalizes you for trying to get it corrected through the proper channels. Having nearly 400 ASINs suppressed because of their brand name mix-up ("Rideconcepts" vs your "Decorative concepts") is a massive hit, and the violation warning on top is just adding insult to injury.
You've done absolutely the right thing by keeping meticulous records of your case IDs and the communication (like Luis explicitly stating the catalog team needed to delete the incorrect contribution). That documentation is crucial.
Sadly, these kinds of catalog glitches and nonsensical loops do happen, where one part of the system doesn't talk to another, or automated enforcement flags things incorrectly based on underlying bad data that HAQM itself introduced.
Tagging the mods (@Sandy_HAQM, @Dougal_HAQM) seems like the necessary next step here. When the standard process fails so spectacularly and leads to contradictions like this, getting moderator attention is often the only way to break the deadlock and get someone to look at the entire picture logically.
Maybe have a super concise summary ready to go if they engage – timeline, Case IDs, Complaint ID, Luis's quote, proof of your brand, a few example ASINs, and the incorrect violation notice. Just makes it easier for them to cut through the noise.
Hang in there. I really hope Sandy or Dougal can step in and get this mess untangled for you quickly. It’s completely unacceptable for you to be penalized for HAQM's error. Wishing you the best in getting this resolved ASAP!
Sincerely,
Prs Prime / Onur SURUCU

HAQM has changed its brand policy over past few years. The result is that old sellers have more relaxed policy than newcomers.
