Not Accepting Applications To Sell
Good Evening, I've had my product running for a few weeks now with inventory in FBA and also have gotten a few sales too, all of sudden my listing became inactive, with an option that said "request for approval" once i clicked it gave me this message,
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Case ID for HAQM Support Team: 17611326051
I am sure this was a mistake i've seen it happen to others and they were able to fix, I'd like to clarify that I am brand registered and I am selling this product in brand new condition,

Since you are in BR you MIGHT have success with this post but it seems to requires some longer history than a new seller is likely to have --

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, HAQM has implemented additional restrictions for Ingestible Brands, a.k.a dietary supplements. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for ingestible brands at this time.
If you feel that the categorization is wrong, please reach out to Seller Support so they can investigate this for you. If you are able to get this re-categorized, please provide me with the new case ID so I can look into this further for you.
If you are a brand owner, you can also reach out to Brand Registry Support and ask them to approve you within the Health & Personal Care category, which will allow you to list those products.
