HAQM is asking for Transparency Codes.
Hey Everyone!
I just started to sell on amazon about 3 months ago, just recently i was auto ungated to sell some products, packed and shipped the items in. About a day or two pass by and amazon send a request asking for the transparency codes for the units, and is giving me an authenticity complaint. I have noticed with other products it ask for the codes before hand when applying to sell the product. But this time they ask after ive been accepted, and shipped the items. Ive submitted whatever paperwork i have but no luck. Any thoughts?
The source i got the products from says they cant get the codes for me..

"Ungated" by HAQM doesn't mean that you are allowed to sell it on HAQM. You need the permission from the brand owner. Probably there are more sellers like you selling without permission and the brand owner applied transparency codes on his products.
Contact the brand owner and ask for clarifications.

RED FLAG!!!
That means they are likely a gray market supplier and do not have access directly to the brand.
Contact the brand and ask if your 'source' is an authorized wholesaler. If they say they are, ask why they are unable to get you the labels.
At the same time get an LOA saying you are permitted to sell the items on HAQM.
