MOD HELP NEEDED: SFP with 1-2 delivery day says "ships within 2-3 weeks"
I have many asin's that are SFP with 1-2 day delivery, and the shipping template is set to ship the same day.
The PDP says "usually ships within 2 to 3 weeks" right underneath "Prime ONE-DAY delivery TOMORROW"
This is very confusing and misleading to customers.
This displays on many of my SFP listing, sometimes says "ships within 2 to 3 days" or "4 to 5 days" and so on, even though they ALL use the same shipping template and ALL offer 1-2 day delivery.
NOTE: Many of my listings had the Custom manual exempt handling time until passing and qualifying for SFP at Christmas (at which point the listings became SFP and have been SFP since Christmas). It seems as if the manual exemption handling time is still hanging around in the system instead of letting SFP completely "take over" all the shipping/delivery elements that SFP is supposed to control on the PDP.
I have Case ID 17477701811, and as usual I received a completely irrelevant response talking about promise delivery extensions 🤦♀️ That is clearly NOT the issue here, whatsoever.

Can I get some help with this? They are just ping-ponging my ticket around.
Seller_yoBaUhzkFJuPI
Well that's real cute HAQM, their response was to suspend my SFP privileges in ticket 17477701811 for claiming I "have provided HAQM customers with slower delivery times and a subpar Prime experience."
That's funny, because AMAZON is the one providing the SUBPAR PRIME EXPERIENCE... CLEARLY!
That is very literally the issue here for this ticket, for HAQM to fix the obvious misleading and false "usually ships within 2 to 3 weeks" on a ONE-DAY listing.
Ironically, this suspension came just a few minutes after claiming I have "excessive shipping rates" for SFP in another ticket 17521094421... even though HAQM knows my rates due to using ABS for all my shipments, and they can see my last 5 SFP shipments cost an average of $32 to ship, and I charge $24.95 for 1-Day shipping to non-Prime orders... but that's excessive?!? After the category fee I only get $19.96 of that, so I'm eating OVER $10 PER ORDER, and that's not enough in HAQM's opinion. That is INSANE!!!
Someone is clearly just reaching for straws here and completely derailing fixing HAQM's own problem with misleading on page language, which was the original complaint here in ticket 17477701811.

@Seller_2azHBWt7FzGTG is it just me, or is this thread not showing up on the main handmade groups page? 🤔

Still waiting for help to fix this obviously incorrect SFP suspension *AND* to address the original real issue with Custom manual handling override exemption @SEAmod @Glenn_HAQM @Jameson_HAQM @Rose_HAQM @priscilla_amazon @KJ_HAQM @Sandy_HAQM
Here's the recap:
In ticket 17477701811 I reported my SFP NEXT-DAY delivery listings with ZERO handling time (ships same day) states "ships within 2 to 3 weeks", and asked HAQM to fix it. HAQM responds this issue is due to incorrect size category and suspends my SFP.
I've already been suspended from SFP for 2 days. Guess what? The listing STILL SAYS "within 2 to 3 weeks" while still offering delivery NEXT-DAY... see screenshot.
I believe the ACTUAL issue here is the Custom products manual handling time exemption override is still hanging around in the system, creating the "2 to 3 weeks" and "4 to 5 days" and so on.
This ridiculous 💩 about the size category is moot, my good metrics qualify me for SFP no matter if I'm standard or oversize due to gift packaging orders. So they can move me to standard size and the issue still remains, because my listings and my account are NOT the cause of this... HAQM's system is. If I could fix that Custom handling override exemption myself I would. But I've been very vocal since the exemption override rollout how the MANUAL signup and opt-out process are ridiculous, and my case here is a great example why... Because you can't trust HAQM to handle it correctly.
SCREENSHOT TAKEN 4/3 10:30am PT.... still says "2 to 3 weeks" while also offering NEXT-DAY delivery. Again, my handling time is ZERO. And what gets promised to the customer is NEXT DAY delivery, exactly as intended.

Hi @Seller_yoBaUhzkFJuPI,
Thank you for your patience here, sorry for our late reply.
I see some issues were corrected under Case ID 17521094421, can you please confirm this is the case ?

@Joey_HAQM this is somehow still spiraling even worse....
3 days ago, on April 15th I received a SFP performance notification:
"Seller Fulfilled Prime sellers must meet the minimum requirements for detail page views that show One-Day and Two-Day Delivery promises.
Continued failure to meet the Standard-size DELIVERY Speed requirements will result in your Seller Fulfilled Prime offers being disabled."
Going back 4 weeks I have GREEN across all view speed metrics at 40%+80%, and 100% OTDR.
This is undeniably an "attack" by Mike and/or Ana in the ticket. I'm suspecting it's Mike, based on how desperately he was searching for something to get me in trouble with, and the best he had was to use 1 YEAR of metrics even though I've only been enrolled in SFP for 3.5 months since after Christmas..... so suspending me from SFP is a lot easier than actually acknowledging or fixing the original real problem.
I now have another new ticket 17611790261 for this false SFP performance notification to be escalated.
Don't forget the original ticket 17477701811, going back 3.5 weeks for the incorrect "ships within 2-3 weeks" text that affects ALL SFP listings and still has NOT been solved, and it includes the SFP suspension by Mike. My guess is the incorrect text is the Custom products manual handling override exemption still persisting in the system even after changing the listing to SFP months ago. But only you and HAQM have a way to know for sure.
