Hard to tell if this is intended to be sarcasm or not, but I will echo your feelings to a far lesser degree of ethusiasm. It hasn't been easy. We have had to learn a lot of painful and expensive lessens, but we never stopped trying to increase what we keep. For those confused about the matter, HAQM doesn't and shouldn't care about your profit margin. If you don't manage your "business" well, HAQM will happily take your donations. HAQM does care about providing tools and community forums to give you ideas and means to improve. They are promoting the things they want you to do to be more successful, and them as a result. Most of the complaints I see here are things that we ran into at one time or another. It is rarely the case that HAQM took action against one of these folks without cause. If you want to make something of this platform you need to do a lot of work to understand your product and the market. Even then, a few bad turns of fate too close together and it can end you. The only thing that is certain is uncertainty. Good luck, and try what is suggested.
