Hello, 

My HAQM account has been suspended since July 2024. I have submitted all the requested invoices and a formal appeal, but I keep receiving the same automated message. I also have requested call but haven't received any call yet. Nothing is changing, nothing is moving. 

Please, I kindly ask a moderator or HAQM representative to escalate this issue. This is urgent for my small business.
