It is either a burner account leaving negative reviews on competitors products or a miserable person spreading their negative energy around on the internet. Either way, do not let it bring you down!

Potentially, this is an account being hired for leaving bad review. You should report them to the review&rating AMAZON department. Hope AMAZON will do something with these accounts
