HELP! Best Seller Rank does not appear on my listing amazon

Hello Sellers! if you can help me with this problem please:

I have published my product on haqm.com since 1 month ago, I assigned the correct category but for some reason is not reflecting the category of Best Seller Rank in the HAQM.com listing so this affecting my sales.

I know that at the beginning when the product is being launched it is normal but I have launched 1 month ago and i had only 2 sales until now, and problem persists.

Could it be that I have had low sales for this reason?

Someone know how i can do for appear in the Best seller Rank on my listing haqm.com?

I need to fix it now! Can someone help me? THANK YOU!

It takes more than a month and 2 sales to get FOE/Buy Box. There is an algorithm HAQM uses (they will not tell you what factors are part of the equation).

I wanted to reach out to you and share a fantastic post my colleague @Glenn_HAQM wrote about -->HERE<-- regarding understanding sales rank. As Sales Rank is based on the Category Browse Nodes associated with the ASIN. Please note that HAQM only displays the Sale rank for some categories where it has been determined to be helpful for Buyers.

I would recommend reaching out to Selling Partner Support to check with them to see if the sales rank on the ASIN you recently switched categories is working properly. When you file you case add as much detail as possible such as:

  • The ASIN in question
  • The Sales Rank category you believe the ASIN should show
  • The Sales Rank category that the ASIN is currently showing
  • Any additional information or screenshots that would be helpful for Seller Support to review

Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
