We’ve added a floor loaded option for inbound full-truckload and intermodal shipments as part of our HAQM Partnered Carrier program.
Alongside our existing palletized loading option, the floor loaded option gives you more flexibility to choose the right loading method for your products.
With this new option, you’ll put your products directly onto the HAQM trailer. You won’t need to palletize your items first or use a forklift to move them. This option also allows you to ship products that may not fit on a pallet.
To use the floor loaded option for your shipment, take the following steps:

We’re making it easier and faster for you to create up to 100 coupons at once with our bulk upload feature, helping you scale your promotional activities.
You can now use a single bulk upload template to create Subscribe & Save, Reorder, and standard coupons in Seller Central.
While you still have the option to create coupons individually, the bulk upload feature makes it faster for you to create multiple coupons when you have large product catalogs or run frequent promotions.
To get started, go to Create coupons in bulk.
We wanted to let you know that we're making some updates to our Seller Fulfilled Prime and Premium Shipping policies. In October 2023, we reopened Seller Fulfilled Prime to new seller enrollment with updated program requirements. Since then, we’ve gathered data on program performance and listened to sellers’ feedback to provide additional clarity, address frequently asked questions, and help sellers succeed in SFP. To consistently meet customers’ evolving expectations and ensure that the Prime badge and Premium Shipping continue to represent the experiences that customers have grown to trust and expect, we’re updating Seller Fulfilled Prime and Premium Shipping program policies, effective June 29, 2025.
If you're interested in enrolling in Seller Fulfilled Prime or are currently enrolled as a Seller Fulfilled Prime seller, we're updating our program enrollment and eligibility requirements. For more details, go to Upcoming changes to Seller Fulfilled Prime.
If you have or would like to have Premium Shipping enabled, we're updating our performance requirements. For more details, go to Upcoming changes to Premium Shipping.
Additionally, to protect your account health when HAQM is setting promises on your behalf, Seller Fulfilled Prime and Premium Shipping offers will now receive on-time delivery rate (OTDR) protection from late deliveries if Shipping Settings Automation is enabled on your shipping template, you've purchased shipping labels marked as "OTDR Protected" when using HAQM Buy Shipping or Veeqo, and you have shipped on time. We designed these tools to set accurate delivery dates, reduce late deliveries, and to meet or exceed the minimum OTDR requirement. Even if you do not use these tools, if there is a major disruption event that impacts all sellers shipping to a specific region (as determined by HAQM), HAQM will not count deliveries that are late as a result in your OTDR. For more details, go to On-time delivery.
Starting May 29, 2025, we’ll begin to migrate all product and food safety compliance requirements from the Manage Your Compliance dashboard to the Policy Compliance page within the Account Health dashboard.
The updated Account Health dashboard streamlines compliance management; you can monitor policy violations, submit documents, file appeals, and coordinate with Testing, Inspection and Certification providers for product verification, all in one place.
During the migration period, you must check both dashboards to view all of your violations. We'll guide you through this process with instructions on updated help pages and video tutorials when the migration starts.
The migration is expected to be complete in July, and we’ll notify you once all compliance violations are consolidated into the Account Health dashboard.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to simplify compliance management on Seller Central.
To learn more, register for our May 27 webinar and Q&A session: How to utilize the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) to view product and food safety requirements.
To improve the accuracy of weight and dimension inputs for domestic US HAQM Partnered Carrier shipments, notifications in Seller Central inform you when carriers find differences between the measurements that you enter and your shipment's actual measurements.
If the measured weight, dimensions, or freight class (when applicable) of your small parcel or less-than-truckload shipment differs from what you provided at shipment creation, you see a notification in the Inbound Performance dashboard.
Starting on June 12, 2025, these measurement differences will result in a fee adjustment including a credit to your account if your provided measurements were too high or a charge if they were too low.
You can view your measurement differences by following these steps:

To help you offer even faster delivery speeds to customers in small towns across the United States, we're investing over $4 billion by 2026 to expand our rural delivery network.
At a time where many logistics providers are backing away from serving rural customers because of cost to serve, we're stepping up. We'll grow our rural delivery network's footprint to over 200 delivery stations, allowing us to deliver over a billion more packages each year.
This investment will not only make it easier for millions of customers - from Milton, Florida to North Pole, Alaska - to get what they need, when they need it, but we estimate it will create over 100,000 new jobs and driving opportunities.
To learn more about our investments in rural expansion, go to About HAQM.
We've updated our Buyer-Seller Messaging options to better protect buyer communication preferences.
Buyer-Seller Messaging allows you to contact buyers to complete orders or respond to customer service questions, however the tool shouldn't be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
To ensure messaging is only used for critical messages, we've removed the option to add "[Important]" to the message subject line and override buyer opt-out preferences.
You'll still be able to contact buyers with important messages about their orders. If the contact reason is critical to complete the order, your message will be delivered, regardless of the buyer's opt-out status.
For the best experience, we recommend that you use our message templates which automatically include order IDs, translate messages to the buyer's preferred language, and flag messages as [Important] if needed.
For more information, go to Contact a buyer using Buyer-Seller Messages.
For more information on what type of buyer messages are permitted, go to our Communication guidelines.
