We identified a USPS system issue that affected some shipping labels purchased on multiple shipping label software programs, including HAQM Buy Shipping and Veeqo. Some labels were incorrectly marked as used or displayed invalid tracking information.
On February 27, 2025, we implemented a fix to help prevent this issue from recurring and will provide refunds for labels that couldn’t be used. USPS has informed us that they’ll still deliver any package that was accepted with duplicate tracking information.
If your orders were affected, we’ll take the following actions to protect your account:
We're working hard to support you through this inconvenience.

We're providing clarification on key HAQM Vine policies about review aggregation and review limits.
We aggregate reviews at the parent ASIN level, not the product variation level. We recommend that you enroll all related product variations together, plan your ASIN mergers strategically, and consider review limits if you decide to merge products after they have received Vine reviews.
Each store has the same limits on the number of Vine reviews that can be retained, based on the following enrollment tiers:
When you merge two or more separate parent ASINs under a new parent ASIN, only the maximum number of reviews for your highest enrollment tier will be retained. For example, if you merge two products that are enrolled in the top tier with 30 reviews each, your new parent ASIN will retain only the 30 highest-quality reviews.
For more information, go to Track your Vine reviews.

Since HAQM Robotics was founded in 2012, we’ve developed, produced, and deployed more than 750,000 robots across our operations network.
The goal of robotics technology within our operations is simple: pair employees with the right technology to make their workday safer, easier, and more productive—while helping us deliver packages to customers faster than ever.
We’ve taken robotics technology to the next level with the launch of our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Equipped with the latest innovations, this site uses eight different robotics systems that work in harmony to support package fulfillment and delivery.
Additionally, these robots use HAQM Web Services cloud computing technology to operate more efficiently by storing and processing rich data generated by sensors, cameras, and machine processes. We plan to scale these robotics systems to existing facilities across the network.
For more information on our latest robotics innovations, go to About HAQM.
The updated Fulfillment by HAQM (FBA) inventory reimbursement policy will now go into effect on March 31, 2025, instead of March 10, 2025. We made this change to give you more time to manage your costs through the Manage Your Sourcing Cost page in the Inventory Defect and Reimbursement portal.
Since January, we've been gradually rolling out the Manage Your Sourcing Cost page to ensure a high-quality experience. All sellers will have access to this page by February 28, 2025, giving you time to review and submit your costs before the new policy takes effect.
For more information about the FBA inventory reimbursement policy, go to Changes to program policies.
