Hello everyone,

I have been struggling for over three months to verify my deposit method in HAQM Seller Central. Despite multiple contacts with Seller Support and providing all requested information, the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on what else I could try to speed up the process or escalate the case further.

Here is a summary of the situation:

This has started on February 28 and have since followed up multiple times. Each time, I have been told that the case is under investigation and that I should wait. However, it has now been over three months, and there is still no resolution.

I have already provided all requested details multiple times — including screenshots, error messages, URLs, date and time of the issue (all in English) — both through the case communication and via live chat. Yet I continue to receive the same generic responses asking me to resend the information I’ve already submitted.

Here’s what’s happening:

When I try to enter my bank account information (the same account I’ve used successfully for years), it disappears after submission, as if it was never entered.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I created a Payoneer account in case the problem was with my bank. However, KYC verification on Payoneer is still pending. When I contacted Payoneer, they told me that they have been waiting for HAQM for over a week to provide the needed details to proceed.

Meanwhile, I was informed that my case has been escalated and investigated, but I’ve seen no progress — only repeated instructions to wait or provide the same details again.

This situation is not only frustrating but is seriously impacting my ability to operate my business, as I still cannot verify my deposit method or receive disbursements.

I kindly request clarity on:

What is the current status of this case?

Has my submitted information been properly reviewed?

What specific steps are being taken to resolve the issue — and when?

Thank you all in advance for any guidance or suggestions you may have.

Best regards,

Silviya

Reimbursement Value on Handmade Items
by Seller_cuio4Q9868S17

Case ID 17813337431

HAQM acknowledged they lost 3 pieces of my last shippement however only reimbursed 14 usd on a 45-55 usd items price tag... this doesnt even cover materials I contested this and was directed to a tool to dispute this by submitting an invoice... I contacted seller central remarking im a handmade seller hence i would never have any purchase invoice... their answer was sure we can help as long as you provide an invoice... deep breath.....

anyone can help or point out how to address best in the future? I heard somewhere (lost the article) there is a way to input our costs... contacted seller central to point me in the right direction,... they are playing dumb as if they don't understand what i'm talking about... deep breath again....

I've gone round and round with HAQM saying my perfume oils are Dangerous Goods. Some have been approved, but many have not. They have deactivated the listings and many of my products are somewhere in limbo, not available for sale.

I also sell solid perfumes, and this is not an issue with those even though I use the same fragrance oils in both.

I just spent a few days making more perfume oil that HAQM HAS been selling and is now out of and my FBA inventory shows HAQM asking for more. But when I tried to send in more, it's now saying this particular one is a Dangerous Good and I can't send it in.

I'm so frustrated! I've contacted HAQM multiple times, submitted SDS forms for the fragrance oils I use in my perfumes. The internal team is apparently reviewing my products, but it's been 3 1/2 weeks.

At one point, it looked like they thought I was selling fragrance oil. I'm not. I'm selling handmade perfume.

This is really affecting my sales. I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing.

I'll just shout this out into the dark chasm of nothingness- who even comes to the "handmade" forums anymore? So at the end of February- they reclassified all of our products as just "handmade products" We have nothing else. No subcategories - no distinction of what our products are- not jewelry-not home goods- not clothing- not art- we are just all lumped together as "handmade products". HAQM knows in truth that we were going to suffer a loss of visibility- thus sales. Yet they continued to tell us that nothing was wrong and essentially there was nothing to do but wait. SO NOW- after I spent years of PAYING for ads ON AMAZON- 60k -which grew my organic keyword ranking- and making 100k-200k a year. I am supposed to just shrug my shoulders and say oh well. The ads I am running are GOING NOWHERE because my listings don't have the required data and categorization to place my items properly! I am so fed up with unprofessional acts of this marketplace. I just wish they would hold some accountability and some REAL ACTION to rectify this absolute MESS they have created.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been selling on HAQM Handmade for a long time and, like many of you, I’ve poured a lot into my business. In the past, I spent thousands of dollars on HAQM Ads, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it work profitably. Right now, my shop is on the verge of shutting down, and I’m trying to find a more sustainable way to keep going.

I recently heard about the HAQM Creator Connections program and believe it could be a great opportunity to drive traffic through influencers. It seems like the kind of exposure small handmade brands like mine truly need.

However, I don’t have the option to join the program—my account doesn’t show any way to apply or opt in.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do we need to be invited? Or is there something I’m missing?

Any guidance or tips would mean the world to me right now. Thank you in advance! 🙏

Create Variations to existing custom listings
by Seller_zNV5Km8b1QOsd
HAQM replied

Case ID 17571236761

Hello,

I hope someone can help us. We have some custom listings that we created long time ago but now we want to add variation to them so we can do FBA in the future, but we cannot upload the image to those variations after we done every other tasks, only the account manager can do but we don't want to bother her too much so we tried to figure out ourself.

We cannot create the new listing because this listing had some sales before or reviews and we don't want to lose them.

We download the template, but still don't understand how it works. We also tried the Variation Wizard but it didn't work either.

However, there is no image required for variations when we created the new listings.

I sell jewelry, I'm the brandowner.

Hey All,

I have had a string of large orders being refunded immediately on delivery. I never get pictures, a real reason, or even a return. The items are not set to even be returnable, yet refunds are given right away. I am not sure if it is some sort of Tik-Tok trend, but they all seem to follow the same play book. I file Safe-T Claims by they are denied with generic responses. Is there any way to protect against this? The latest was for 20 custom made items. Any guidance or help means a lot.

Brand or Seller?
by Seller_2azHBWt7FzGTG
HAQM replied

@Seller_FJwyF3iu5qxUY I noticed something very interesting in the right hand menu in search.

My brand is USPTO trademarked. Registered with HAQM brand registry for years and yet I am only considered a seller? Hmmm... Who/What is determining this? Do I need to pay extra to get my brand shown under brands? Why am I only showing under seller?
