Brand or Seller?
by Seller_2azHBWt7FzGTG
HAQM replied

@Seller_FJwyF3iu5qxUY I noticed something very interesting in the right hand menu in search.

My brand is USPTO trademarked. Registered with HAQM brand registry for years and yet I am only considered a seller? Hmmm... Who/What is determining this? Do I need to pay extra to get my brand shown under brands? Why am I only showing under seller?

I've gone round and round with HAQM saying my perfume oils are Dangerous Goods. Some have been approved, but many have not. They have deactivated the listings and many of my products are somewhere in limbo, not available for sale.

I also sell solid perfumes, and this is not an issue with those even though I use the same fragrance oils in both.

I just spent a few days making more perfume oil that HAQM HAS been selling and is now out of and my FBA inventory shows HAQM asking for more. But when I tried to send in more, it's now saying this particular one is a Dangerous Good and I can't send it in.

I'm so frustrated! I've contacted HAQM multiple times, submitted SDS forms for the fragrance oils I use in my perfumes. The internal team is apparently reviewing my products, but it's been 3 1/2 weeks.

At one point, it looked like they thought I was selling fragrance oil. I'm not. I'm selling handmade perfume.

This is really affecting my sales. I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing.

Moving a listing out of Handmade.
by Seller_2nGwnNy1fjzx1
HAQM replied

My company has been a part of HAQM Handmade since 2016. After several years of declining sales we have reached a point where we are looking to outsource management of our FBA listings, A+ Content, and sponsored products to a 3rd party to help us grow again. We still manufacture the products and they are still handmade.

We are Brand Registered. I've gone into Brand Registry and the resellers token ID shows as a connected selling account as a reseller. They also show up as a Connected User under User Permissions. When the 3rd party tries to add an ASIN it says they are not approved to list this product.

Opened a case and was informed that resellers are not allowed for the Handmade category. It's disappointing because those of us who have grown with the category and are still handmade are now restricted from the benefits offered to non-handmade listing.

Has anyone successfully found a way to change a listing category to a non-Handmade category? My FBA listings have hundreds of positive reviews. I really don't want to start from scratch and lose all of them. However at this point I may have to as I see no other way to utilize this company's services.

Thanks in advance for your help.

New FBA Reimbursement Policy
by Seller_5nxLsV7riREo5

Is it AI that is calculating our costs for reimbursement ? And is AI taking Handmade into its calculation ? I have submitted invoices, all getting rejected, created cases with seller support who have given me the run around and have not understood the intricacies of handmade -- which basically is the cost of materials, labor and our markup. I was also told that handmade items could not be FBA!!! And today I was told that the Handmade department has nothing to do with FBA reimbursement. It is another department ????? So joey_amazon -- what are you talking to the Handmade team about ? (am posting a new thread as amazon hasn't been active on the last one) - and I am extremely frustrated at the moment.

I got an alert my listings category was updated on March 21st - old value- "handmade products" - New value " ---"

That's right- my new category is nothing. Along with that - I also reviewed my inventory page- all sales rank gone on all listings --- nothing, Went to the live listing view- and down where we used to be able to see our sales rank. Nothing. Its not there anymore. I went on to browse dozens of "handmade listings" and it appears that many handmade listings do not have sales rank anymore. I found several listings right on the front page of handmade that are ranked in the top 10 of various categories- some handmade- some not handmade. Its a mess. So this whole classification must be happening in batches. Hard to tell if they are doing it by categories, listing date, etc. I have however, had a slight spike in sales the past few days. Although, I am running a coupon. So I think it is hard to say what is doing it.

Individual seller name and address privacy
by Seller_YUgnsazKchWHj
HAQM replied

Hello,

Is anyone else struggling to understand HAQM's policy around individual seller privacy and what to do about it? Specifically I'm referring to the fact that my personal name and address are published in my HAQM Marketplace page, and HAQM seems to want it that way. This to me seems completely hostile to sole proprietorships. I'm very uneasy about this, as it seems like just a matter of time before a scammer uses the information against me. I've already started getting marketing mail from legitimate companies; which tells me I'm now a target. Is anyone else having these concerns / have you solved for it?

Regards

Suspected Intellectual Property Violation
by Seller_6UBMU0YZzxVph
HAQM replied

Hello, this is maybe my 4th post about these. The AI has sent me a violation again. If I edit or delete the listing it still affects my account health. What am I to do? Many times simple words like therapy, vincent van gogh and the word Sakura (sakura tree paintings its spring time) get me in trouble. When I speak to people over the phone nothing helps. They seem to not want to resolve the issue and only get me off the phone. Also they are overseas and some do not know who vincent van gogh is. Now my account health is very low 220 and getting lower every suspected AI guess. This is my full time job and I am very nervous to lose it and its causing me lots of stress. I have posted for over a year the same issue. What can be done?

I have many asin's that are SFP with 1-2 day delivery, and the shipping template is set to ship the same day.

The PDP says "usually ships within 2 to 3 weeks" right underneath "Prime ONE-DAY delivery TOMORROW"

This is very confusing and misleading to customers.

This displays on many of my SFP listing, sometimes says "ships within 2 to 3 days" or "4 to 5 days" and so on, even though they ALL use the same shipping template and ALL offer 1-2 day delivery.

NOTE: Many of my listings had the Custom manual exempt handling time until passing and qualifying for SFP at Christmas (at which point the listings became SFP and have been SFP since Christmas). It seems as if the manual exemption handling time is still hanging around in the system instead of letting SFP completely "take over" all the shipping/delivery elements that SFP is supposed to control on the PDP.

I have Case ID 17477701811, and as usual I received a completely irrelevant response talking about promise delivery extensions 🤦‍♀️ That is clearly NOT the issue here, whatsoever.

HAQM not accepting SDS. Help Please
by Seller_vsO9ry5YystcJ
HAQM replied

I'm writing here because I'm not sure where else to turn. I was notified that several of my products are under hazmat review, and I need to provide an exemption sheet and/or an SDS sheet. I mix my own products, so I got SDS from (most so far) of my suppliers and uploaded them. Non of my items that I buy from my suppliers are hazmat. So i'm not sure how amazon is classifying them as hazmat. I'm at a loss as how to continue. Any help would be appreciated
