Within 10 days, 3 different advices from the account health specialists about my account suspension and how to proceed. How can I send what the performance team really needs?

1. May 27th:

This is Juweriya, with HAQM Account Health Support. Thank you for speaking with me regarding your selling account.

As discussed, I understand you needed assistance with Account Reinstatement.

If you believe your account has been deactivated in error, please submit a dispute through the "Has your account been deactivated in error?" button in your Account Health Dashboard with the following information:

. Evidence and explanation demonstrating how your account has complied with HAQM's Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct

. Supporting documentation including:

- Invoices/receipts with visible dates

- Product names for all ASINs involved

- Sales volume documentation for the past 365 days

- Complete supplier contact information (name, phone number, address, website)

- Any relevant email communications or third-party information

Please ensure your dispute includes specific details rather than general statements.

2. June 5th:

Dear Mixing&Matching,

This is Heemansu, with HAQM Account Health Support. Thank you for speaking with me regarding your selling account.

As discussed, I understand you needed assistance with your appeal rejection for account reinstatement.

Firstly, I apologize that your account is deactivated because of adding inaccurate product information to product detail pages.

As informed, your account is currently not eligible for reinstatement for such violations

This is Quenette, with HAQM Account Health Support. Thank you for speaking with me regarding your selling account. As discussed, I understand you needed assistance with your account.

I've carefully reviewed your account and notice that your recent Plan of Action didn't include sufficient details about how you'll prevent catalog violations in the future.

To help restore your selling privileges, please submit a new appeal that includes:

A detailed explanation of what led to the unauthorized product detail page changes

The specific steps you've taken to correct these issues

The processes and procedures you'll implement to ensure compliance with HAQM's catalog policies moving forward.

Brand Approval Application

I am a new seller on HAQM, and I am just starting the brand approval process. Based off the list of requirements, I believe I have the appropriate invoice for the application, but I am continually being declined with no further information. We invented a product and now getting ready to sell on HAQM. We only want to sell to businesses so we followed all the steps to list our product for businesses only but it keeps giving me errors. I uploaded the additional spreadsheet to help it understand what I am trying to do but its still not working. Do any of you lovely folks have any ideas how to get my product to upload for B2B only and not out in the wild of all of HAQM?

我的新店铺在4月15日进行了第一次品牌备案,被秒拒,case id为17656430641,联系品牌注册服务商,沟通中服务商知晓我的新店铺2月份下店后没有其他操作,但这期间付款的信用卡有过期,服务商建议先更新付款信息已确保账户正常,更新信用卡后等待两周于4月28日进行了申诉,4月29日收到邮件申诉被驳回,服务商帮忙更换了律师,我在美国专利局的官网(uspto.gov)上确认5月1日有律师更换记录,目前我想重新提交品牌备案,显示品牌的申请正在审核中无法重新提交,但状态栏一直是“不符合要求”,请问该状态下如何推进品牌备案,谢谢!

Sourcing cost Adjustment

Hello,

I need assistance with a sourcing cost adjustment case.

I submitted a valid invoice covering two color variations of the same product (identical in all aspects except color). HAQM has approved the sourcing cost for one ASIN but rejected the other, even though both are listed together on the same invoice and have the same unit cost.

Issue: The rejected ASIN is a color variation of the approved one. The unit cost is the same, and both are clearly documented on the invoice. The rejection appears to be inconsistent. Now the system says that I should wait for 30 days to submit again.

I recently discovered that HAQM automatically enrolled my listings in international shipping, despite my explicit choice not to do so. I’ve since removed the additional marketplaces and submitted a refund request, but I’m concerned about how this happened and how to prevent it in the future.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on getting a resolution quickly? Appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Who is eligible for membership in the New Seller Community and how can I join?
    Only sellers registered to sell in HAQM's store for less than 18 months are eligible to participate in the New Seller group. You will be automatically added to this group based on your eligibility. You will receive a notification before you are removed from the group.
  2. I'm new to selling in HAQM's store. Why don't I have access to this group?
    We're adding new sellers to the group every few days, so there might be a short delay between the time you're approved and when you can post. If you don't yet have access, please check back in a couple of days. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit other threads in Seller Forums to ask a question or take part in a discussion.
  3. Who can contribute and post in the New Seller Community?
    All Seller Forums members can read New Seller group threads but only group members can post or interact in the New Seller group.
  4. Can I still post and engage in the larger HAQM seller forum after I leave the New Seller Community?
    Absolutely! The purpose of this change is not to remove you from the broader seller community. After your 18-month tenure is up and you transition out of the New Seller group, you'll still be able to participate fully in the general HAQM seller forums just like all of thousands of other sellers who are not a part of a group today.
  5. What is the reasoning behind this 18-month tenure?
    The New Seller Community group was created to provide specialized support and resources for individuals who are new to selling with HAQM. After 18 months, we've found that most sellers have developed a solid foundation and are ready to engage beyond just the "new seller" designation and even have the ability to share their experiences and guidance with others. Transitioning members out of the New Seller group at that 18-month mark allows us to keep the community focused on supporting those who are truly in the earliest stages of their HAQM selling journey. It ensures the group remains useful and welcoming for new sellers coming in. Of course, just because you leave the New Seller group doesn't mean you lose access to the wealth of information and community support available to all HAQM sellers.
  6. How do I opt-out of the New Seller Community?
    If you decide you don't want to be a member of the New Seller group, you may opt-out here at any time. Please note that removal can take up to 7 business days.
