Appeal for identity verification

I was recently given an email from the amazon to appeal for identity verification but its been 3 days and i have not received any response from amazon. I have everything ready, i am just waiting for the response or email from the amazon. Every time, i try to identify my self, it takes me back to the page to request of an identity verification appeal. I would like to know how much more time will it take?

In the main image of my product, there are two images that I didn't upload, and no matter what I do, I can't delete them. I remember when I first created the listing, I uploaded my own product images, but then the system pushed another product to me. I clicked on that product, but it wasn't mine. Later, it added those images to my listing. After the product passed the CPC, there was only one main image left. Now, those two images are still there, and I can't delete them. I reached out to Seller Support, but they couldn't resolve the issue. I feel that, regardless of whether these images are good or not, they shouldn't be appearing on my listing. Moreover, my product was selling fine when it only had the main image, but since those two images were added, it hasn't made any sales. One of the images is a photoshopped composite, which looks very fake. I want to know how to delete them

Dear HAQM Seller Support,

We are writing to report a critical issue involving substantial overcharges on shipping labels purchased through HAQM's Buy Shipping service, specifically those utilizing FedEx as the carrier. We have identified numerous instances where the actual charges applied to our account are exponentially higher than the initially quoted and expected amounts. In several cases, labels purchased for approximately $14-$29 are subsequently reflecting charges of $228-$278, representing an overcharge of approximately ten times the original cost.

This discrepancy has resulted in significant financial losses for our business, estimated to exceed $6,000 in the past couple of months alone. Despite our attempts to reconcile these charges through the SAFE-T claim process, we have encountered repeated errors indicating that the order numbers are invalid or incorrect, preventing us from submitting our claims. We have meticulously verified the accuracy of the order IDs and are certain that the information provided is correct.

Given the substantial financial impact on our business and the inability to utilize the standard dispute process through SAFE-T claims, we are now seriously considering legal action against HAQM if this matter is not addressed and rectified promptly.

We demand an immediate investigation into these erroneous charges and a swift resolution, including a full reimbursement for all overcharged shipping labels. We request a direct response outlining the steps being taken to rectify this situation within [Specify a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 48-72 hours].

Hello i am a new seller and i have purchased and ordered products from well known sources, the issue i have been facing is that amazon declining the legit invoices, i don't understand why this is happening in one case i got reply from amazon that you have purchased only 11 units for approval you need 300 units after that i purchased and gave the 300 units invoice it also get rejected i am very disappointed, please help me out in this regard !

Hi, HAQM mistakenly mark my plastic products with an expiration date so now the goods are unsellable. I have tried to contact the seller support numerous time but no result. Every time they will reply saying they will report to the internal specialist but after that then nothing has received. I have been waiting over 2 weeks but no one seems able to help. Hello,

I am currently facing an issue regarding Premium A+ Content on my seller account.

My account already meets the eligibility requirements for Premium A+ Content, and I have applied the Brand Story to all of my branded ASINs. It has been over a month since I became eligible, but the Premium A+ module has still not been activated on my account.

I have contacted Seller Support previously, but the response was simply to wait. Unfortunately, my products are scheduled to arrive at HAQM's warehouse next week, and without access to Premium A+ content, I am unable to proceed with my marketing and promotional plans effectively.

Could someone from the relevant team please review my case and assist in activating Premium A+ content on my account?

  1. Who is eligible for membership in the New Seller Community and how can I join?
    Only sellers registered to sell in HAQM's store for less than 18 months are eligible to participate in the New Seller group. You will be automatically added to this group based on your eligibility. You will receive a notification before you are removed from the group.
  2. I'm new to selling in HAQM's store. Why don't I have access to this group?
    We're adding new sellers to the group every few days, so there might be a short delay between the time you're approved and when you can post. If you don't yet have access, please check back in a couple of days. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit other threads in Seller Forums to ask a question or take part in a discussion.
  3. Who can contribute and post in the New Seller Community?
    All Seller Forums members can read New Seller group threads but only group members can post or interact in the New Seller group.
  4. Can I still post and engage in the larger HAQM seller forum after I leave the New Seller Community?
    Absolutely! The purpose of this change is not to remove you from the broader seller community. After your 18-month tenure is up and you transition out of the New Seller group, you'll still be able to participate fully in the general HAQM seller forums just like all of thousands of other sellers who are not a part of a group today.
  5. What is the reasoning behind this 18-month tenure?
    The New Seller Community group was created to provide specialized support and resources for individuals who are new to selling with HAQM. After 18 months, we've found that most sellers have developed a solid foundation and are ready to engage beyond just the "new seller" designation and even have the ability to share their experiences and guidance with others. Transitioning members out of the New Seller group at that 18-month mark allows us to keep the community focused on supporting those who are truly in the earliest stages of their HAQM selling journey. It ensures the group remains useful and welcoming for new sellers coming in. Of course, just because you leave the New Seller group doesn't mean you lose access to the wealth of information and community support available to all HAQM sellers.
  6. How do I opt-out of the New Seller Community?
    If you decide you don't want to be a member of the New Seller group, you may opt-out here at any time. Please note that removal can take up to 7 business days.
