We are a long time HAQM partner. The way our account works is our shipping labels are deducted from our available balance. With Veeqo, it would appear that we would need to purchase shipping labels using cash on hand (I.e. debit card). This presents a massive hurdle for us and makes switching to Veeqo out of reach.
Are there any plans in the future to allow sellers to use available SellerCentral funds to purchase shipping labels the way HAQM Buy Shipping services does? From our perspective it seems like it should be something relatively easy since Veeqo is an HAQM company and this is the way it's been for quite sometime.

Is there a way to bulk delete or do bulk actions on orders in Veeqo? For instance, in Shipstation, I can select five orders and cancel them out if needed. From what I see in Veeqo, they have to be done one by one. Is this correct?

Having used quite a few inventory control systems over the years, I will say Veeqo works, but can do with a little refinement. A few here ...
1. In the Channel info it does no good to see "ERROR - Failed to sync 1 order. Reason: Incomplete order" if one cannot click on it to see which order, etc. Instead we have to ask and shouldn't.
2. We need something on the orders page to show if the address is verified. Now we have to click on the order to see this.
3. More accountability in the billing! We need to be able to see what labels by order number, etc are in a billing. Need to be able to see a billed amount to the credit card. And more than one event. Then be able to click on the transaction and see what is in that billed amount.
4. More visibility into refunds from shipping carriers.
5. The sync time to find new products or SKUs on a venue are too long. As well, updates to the inventory levels could be a bit faster as well.
6. I strongly suspect that Veeqo is the source of some of our inventory quantity issues resulting in over sell. Not sure how to relate this, except that my team can track it down to Veeqo. And this is why item # 1 is important!
7. There has to be a better way in which to see which SKUs or channel listings are linked/merged. Right now it is a PIA.
Thank you

I recently moved to Veeqo from many years with ShippingEasy. There is one thing that ShippingEasy did that Veeqo needs to do. I'm very happy with Veeqo but really need the packing slip to include the HAQM listing "Condition" field (good, very good, etc) and the HAQM listing "Comments" field from my HAQM listing (in most cases these are for used books). The Comments field includes all of the defects in the book that I have noted in the listing. When the buyer sees a defect in the book they need to see that I did mention it in the listing Comments.

We would love to use Veego, however, we mostly sell custom products, and the platform does not show the custom information. We have to look at each order on HAQM making it very time-consuming.
Could we download the custom information as an export or show it on the shipping order?

My thanks to Matt for once again taking the time to answer questions. Veeqo is a godsend for Buy Shipping orders, and useful for orders from non-HAQM marketplaces; thank you for providing it. I would like to again ask about some longstanding requests:
- Any progress on supporting multiple accounts of the same carrier? 18 months ago, when I asked about this, you said Q2 or Q3 of 2024. Four months ago you said "the next few months".
(UPS in 2024 implemented a new authentication method using ups.com login to add accounts to external software; no more having to provide the invoice number, control code, etc. Buy Shipping has implemented this, but only for one account; ShipStation has implemented this correctly, allowing for multiple accounts.)
- In the same Q&A you also received requests for displaying the actual eBay order number. More requests for this occurred in the February Q&A. Four months ago you said by the end of 2024.
- Please let us change "Ship from" via a rule. Yes, I know about "Apply a Company Brand", but if there is a way for that to change the "from" address on labels, I have yet to figure out how. "Ship from" does what I want to do in this regard, but must be manually changed.
- After shipping an order, please display the tracking number visible on the summary of orders, as opposed to having to open the order itself. Also, please display the cost of the purchased label (this can appear within the order itself).

Does Veeqo allow bulk printed matter labels?
I've asked this before, and the HAQM rep said that it was planned, and the declined to answer further questions about it. So have the plans reached fruition?
