I currently do not have any products listed or have submitted any products under my Brands name. I am consistently getting this error code with this message.

8541: The value Eagle Rock Technologies, Inc. specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value Unknown for ASIN B0020827B0 in the HAQM catalog. If this is ASIN B0020827B0, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc.)

This "ASIN (x)" error identifier keeps changing every time I try to work out this issue

The standard product ids (such as UPC, ISBN, EAN, or JAN codes) provided matches ASIN B001FAJEZG, but some of the listing data contradicts what is already in the HAQM catalog. All of my products are of our own trademarked brand. All UPC codes are all correct and shouldn't be an issue. All of my SKU's, UPC's, and even product names are all unique to my brands products. I have searched up and down but it seems like there is a generalize issue with my brands ASIN number.

Where am I going wrong and how can I solve this issue for further products.

Again, I have zero products on HAQM and have not posted any products yet for selling. All I have done so far is work on the Brands selling page.

Are you seeing an increase in buyer abuses at the same time HAQM says they are trying to stop it.

With all there programmers why would I still get an order to be delivered to a PO Box !!!!!>????????????????

Yes 4 months and no amount fix from amazon. I am truly shocked that amazon hasn't fixed my account from being stuck in loading. Anyone else dealing with this? I though amazon had good service, its apparent they are not that good. This has halted my business and im sure others as well

I don't know what is "illegal" about my description for a date tab for a bronze cemetery marker.

I'm pasting here:

Please send a photo of the date tab you need to match. If you can, set a ruler just below the scroll in the photo. We can usually match the style. We will send a mockup and price. They start at $250 for the year only with shipping included. Full date $310 - $345. Cemeteries typically charge much more. Allow 3-4 weeks for production, plus shipping.

Manufacturer barcode for my Dietary Supplement.

Hi there,

I am the brand owner of a registered brand on HAQM and going to launch my dietary supplement listing on HAQM. I got the GS1 barcode under my registered brand. Now I have printed the same GS1 barcode on my supplement label. My question is that will there be any issue if I use this GS1 barcode on my label and send it to HAQM instead of using HAQM barcode. What can be the possible difficulty and what can I do to make this process smoother and not to create any issue after sending my inventory to HAQM.

I have submitted multiple complaints to amazon through account health but feel like the 'report abuse' options don't quite fit what these buyers are doing: repeatedly buying and returning hte same item, likely so they can have them for free in perpetuity, but at massive shipping costs to me (and other sellers with the same problem).

Do I have any options to stop this buyer from continuing to purchase? These are all on FBA unfortunately, so I cannot just cancel the orders to the best of my knowledge. Thank you!

You might think since they don't want me to sell FBM anymore ( I drop shipped an order so as not to disappoint the customer) that they would close my HAQM seller account, to which I readily agreed. The seller policies and management are beyond tolerable and I am glad to leave. Well, of course, I figured out how to respond to all the requirements to close my account, but it is still blocked from closing, with no clear explanation as to why they won't close it. I did every single thing they want you to do to close the account. They say to "continue selling on FBA" although I never did and never would sell on FBA. OK, I am not losing any money to them as they did return the $6.40 I was owed by them....but it is so aggravating to play by all their rules and still get a "blocked" status when trying to close the account.. What is the point in this? Is there a point? Why should I think anything would be easy on this site? After over 20+ years of selling, with great customer feedback, it is quite sad to see how things went from "great" to ....impossible.

Buyer returned completely random item, and was refunded in full through Automated returns. we appealed via Safe-T providing photo of the competitors product which was returned to us in error, and also the shipping label on the package.

We received a return request 5 days ago for a very expensive electronic item we sold.

The buyer's return reason was: "Missing parts or accessories"

Their return comment was: "No cable or mount was including, completely unusable"

I am an FBM seller and we document everything before and during the packing/shipping process. I pull the photos and footage from the order, I personally packed this order. The missing pieces the buyer claims were not included were indeed sent.

No biggie, I messaged them saying the power cable and mounting hardware were wrapped in seperate pieces of bubble wrap and are in the package.

They responsed with this: "I checked everywhere this is all I received"

Today the return gets back to us and the power cable and mounts are missing.

I then take a harder look at the main unit, I noticed some discoloration that does not match the photos we took during the packing process, some minor marks on the body, but nothing too major. Then I noticed the serial number sticker has been tampered with (the corner of the sticker has been lifted). I boot the unit up and check the e-serial number that is stored internally and accessed in the boot menu, it does not match the sticker or any unit we have every taken into inventory.

The buyer swapped their old and non-functional unit with ours. This is a blantant attempted to defraud/deceive us by swapping the serial number sticker from the unit we shipped to them onto a broken unit, then returning the broken unit to us.

I have charged them a 100% restocking fee, notified them of the descrepency, and informed them they can send the original unit and all accesories back for a full refund.

I would appreciate a mods help in seeing that this case is elevated and our account be protected in the event of negative feedback, an A-Z claim, or a chargeback.
