Because it is self shipping, express delivery is relatively slow. At the beginning of this year, due to evaluation issues, I lost my shopping cart. It has been six months and it has not been restored. Is there any way?

But so far, the carrier information shows: package delayed in transit
The buyer has been waiting for his package.
But HAQM doesn't care about this, shouldn't HAQM compensate me for my loss? Shouldn't they find the product? Shouldn't it give me an answer?

My Account has been deactivated for over a week now, and since then I have been sending them tonnes of documents which I would usually send to a Govt Official ro issue me a passport. First, they didn't even look into the documents and kept sending me Boiler Plate emails. Now, after over a week, I got an email TWICE that the documents have been reviewed and the verification is complete and I can start selling.
But when I log in, the issue still persists. Every time I reach out to support, I have to tell the same story over and over. Its been so frustrating due to loss of sales, the storage cost for the warehouse.
Can someone from HAQM please look into it and show some compassion, and make sure they there is a human level engagement in this case.
I have sent them 7 Appeals, including My Govt ID, My License, My bank statement, Credit card statement, my company bank statement, Internet Bill, electricity Bill, Company ownership documents.
Please have a more competent team in your verification department that doesn't try to play GOD, out of their ego, and seek joy from troubling others by not doing their job.
Whosoever is causing me this deliberate trouble, no matter what role you are in, you are still a servant, so have some humility.

This is a true story -- and I cannot get any relief from AMAZON ---- they are removing over 500 units of an item - that is not mine --- have emailed, chatted, and spoke on phone ---- the items keep coming and I keep getting charged a "removal fee"

I am currently facing a serious issue with missing inbound inventory. My inventory is was part of my product launch and now 90% of my inventory is missing. I talked to my manufacturer and they confirmed the amount and products shipped and received with me. I opened a case with amazon where they discovered even more products were missing. My products came in cartons with specified quantity amount and so i'm confused how only a handful were found. I supplied the invoice with the case I opened but they closed the case now stating weight discrepancy without any evidence. I have enough information to show how many units and how much weight each carton was and that it was delivered to the warehouse. However because amazon closed this case this is a huge issue for my business and my financial situation. I am asking for any help, please!

My store is for hand-made items which made to order. I may make a few more for quick shipment and sick days. But the automatic handling time setting gives me an extreme hard time. I have cancer and need hospital visits frequently while doing some work. The 1 day automatic handling time setting frequently makes me have to work during sick-days. The HAQM told me cancellations due to automatic handling time WILL affect my account health. I'm so stressed out!
I can’t afford to continue paying $4,000 per month for storage fees. I'm considering stopping payments, which could damage my credit by going to collections, but I really don’t want to do that. Overall, my investments amount to over $60,000.
I've decided to hire a truck to pick up my merchandise from the warehouse myself, as they've already taken over $20,000 from me. I'm utilizing other platforms for advertising to sell my items as quickly as possible, but it's not working. Whatever gets sold, they keep the money, plus they charge me high fees.
Please help! I can’t afford to pay for them to ship the items back to me, as they are considered oversized and heavy, which could cost another $20,000. I've been working hard to pay down thousands on my credit card over the last four months, and I can't take on any more expenses.

It's cleaning time again...last year I got backpacks returned. This year I have baby crib sheets that were returned. I sold these like in 2015. I have not had any FBA held inventory since before the freaking Pandemic.
